Procurement

The procurement team set an ambitious target of no less than 99.1% on order fulfilment and continue to excel at the target with an average of 99.5% order fulfilment to customers. Our suppliers play a crucial role in our premium service level to our customers, and it’s important that we build strong relationships and can rely on them for consistent supply.

Woods Foodservice is also proud of their long-standing commitment to sustainability, and this has enabled them to become a certified Carbon Neutral Company for the third consecutive year.
